- Clear Driveway : Make sure your driveway is clear of any vehicles for ease of delivery
- Clear all obstacles from the delivery path, including furniture, rugs, or other items.
- Verify Parking: If you live in a busy area or have limited parking, please provide us with clear parking instructions or ensure there's a space available near your entrance for delivery.
- If you are unable to be present for delivery, let us know where you would like the equipment dropped off beforehand

What to Expect on Delivery Day
- Arrival of Our Team: Our trained delivery team will arrive within the scheduled window. They’ll be wearing company uniforms.
- Pre-Delivery Call: You’ll receive a confirmation call or text message from our team 30 -60 minutes before arrival to let you know we’re on our way.
- Be Courteous to Our Drivers: Our delivery team works hard to ensure a smooth experience for you. Please be courteous and patient as they complete their busy schedule, and feel free to ask if you have any questions!
Installation Made Easy

Installation Appointment
- Same-Day Installation: Installation will be completed at the time of your delivery, so there's no need to book a separate appointment.
- Timeframe: Depending on the equipment purchased, installation can take anywhere from 1 to 6 hours. Our team will give you a time estimate upon arrival.
- No One Home? No Problem:
If you won’t be present during delivery, please provide clear instructions for where you’d like the equipment assembled. You can leave a note at the door or include details when scheduling your delivery.

- Built to Perform: We don’t just assemble — we ensure your equipment is leveled, secure, and ready for use. Every bolt is checked, every adjustment dialed in, so you can start training with confidence.
- Respect for Your Space: We treat your home like it’s our own. Our team wears clean shoes, avoids wall or floor damage, and cleans up all packaging after setup is complete.
- Tested Before We Leave: Before leaving, we double-check that everything functions as intended and walk you through any moving parts, safety locks, or special features.

Clean Removal
- Respectful of Your Space: We’re careful not to track in dirt, scuff floors, or leave behind debris. Your space will look just as good (if not better) than when we arrived.
- No Mess Left Behind: Once your equipment is fully set up, our team will clean the surrounding area and remove all packaging materials — boxes, plastic, foam, and anything else that came with your order.
- Ready to Use: When we’re done, everything will be clean, tidy, and ready for you to start using your new equipment right away.

How do I know if I qualify for local delivery and installation?
If you’re located in/around Houston (HTX) or Dallas- Fort Worth (DFW), you qualify for local delivery and optional installation. If you are not confident that you qualify, send us a message with your zip code, and we will confirm if you qualify.
Does installation come included with my order?
Installation is not automatically included with every order. You'll have the option to add installation at checkout if you're located in an eligible local delivery area (HTX or DFW). If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll confirm your eligibility.
Do I have to purchase assembly for every piece of equipment I order?
Yes, each piece of equipment will require its own installation fee. When you add items to your order, the installation cost will be calculated per item. However, if you're purchasing multiple items, we can work with you to provide a customized, discounted rate based on your total order.

Do you install equipment on the second floor?
For the majority of items, yes — we can deliver and install to a second floor with no problem. However, for larger and heavier equipment like our stair climbers and treadmills, we’re unable to install on upper levels due to weight, safety, and space constraints. If you're unsure, reach out and we’ll help determine what’s possible for your space.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Most deliveries are fulfilled within 1-5 days for HTX. DFW appointments depend on our monthly route and may take longer since all orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in HTX. Installation typically takes 1–6 hours, depending on your equipment.
Do I need to be home for delivery or installation?
We recommend being present, but if you can't be home, you can leave clear instructions for where you’d like your equipment placed and assembled.
Do you remove trash and packaging?
Absolutely. We clean up after ourselves and remove all packaging so your space is neat and your equipment is ready to use.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Our team inspects every order during delivery. If anything is wrong, we’ll document it on the spot and make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I install the equipment myself?
Yes, if you feel comfortable assembling the equipment yourself, you can skip the installation service. However, we always recommend using our expert team for proper setup, especially for larger or more complex items, to ensure safety and proper function.
Can I track my delivery status in real-time?
Unfortunately, we do not offer real-time tracking as we are not a traditional shipping company. However, we will schedule your delivery appointment a few days in advance and send you a 60-minute heads-up via text/phone call on the day of delivery, so you’ll know exactly when to expect our team. We’ll also keep you updated if there are any changes to your scheduled delivery.
