Equipped with 3 pulleys that can be adjusted in positioning, this machine allows you to target each muscle group effectively. This machine brings the gym to you and offers the convenience of controlling your fitness goals.

NOTE: This is for the F10 smith machine only. Weights, barbell and bench are only included in the COMBO package.
